Coach Forehan’s style is direct, informative, and educational. His passion for lacrosse teaches players to be aggressive, fast paced, deliberate and intentional while on the field.
Off the field, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and their three dogs. His seemingly endless list of hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, off roading, camping, traveling, and football.
Coach Forehan enjoys being of service to his community through coaching lacrosse and has also spent several years mentoring others with troubled past. Rick is excited to help grow the sport of lacrosse in middle Tennessee while building the foundation on values, community, and positive attitudes.
